Terms and Conditions

Tooth whitening for life is available only to members of our Denplan Essentials maintenance plan costing £14.49 per month.

• Dentist must carry out an oral examination to confirm that you qualify for any whitening treatment.
• Patients must have bespoke custom trays manufactured at the consulting rooms.
• Initial home whitening includes upper and lower trays and three syringes of gel.
• Members are eligible for three syringes of top up gel once per year for the time they remain a member of the plan.
• Any further sets of gel are purchased at a discounted rate of £29.95.
• Tooth whitening offer cannot be transferred to another person – only available to the named policy holder.
• A one off fee of £75.00 is payable at the commencement of the plan.
• Reward vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with this offer.
