Trade - Associations
The British Dental Trade Association represents the dental healthcare industry in the UK. Membership currently stands at 120 companies who between them provide a complete range of equipment, supplies and services used in dentistry. The Association has a Code of Practice that all members agree to abide by and in January 1999, the Code was amended to include a basic training requirement (the BDTA Certificate - Part I (Introduction) referred to earlier).
