An orderly approach to your work is also necessary to cope with the varied tasks performed by the Dental Nurse.The ability to think quickly and deal calmly with a sudden unexpected emergency together with the flexibility to adapt to changes in the workload is a great asset.
Being a Dental Nurse is not a nine to five job. The work is demanding and longer hours may be necessary. The ability to work efficiently under pressure is a must. Considerable manual dexterity, co-ordination, flexibility and physical fitness are also required.
